Kyiv time from an NTP-synced server, corrected for network latency.
The Ukrainian zone of the NTP Pool Project: public time servers close to you in the network. Use several addresses so syncing does not depend on one server.

Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12+, RHEL/Rocky/Alma ship chrony by default. Config: /etc/chrony/chrony.conf (Debian/Ubuntu) or /etc/chrony.conf (RHEL).
# /etc/chrony/chrony.conf: comment out the default pool/server lines, add: pool ua.pool.ntp.org iburst maxsources 4 sudo systemctl restart chrony # RHEL/Rocky/Alma: chronyd

The simple client on systemd systems without chrony. Edit /etc/systemd/timesyncd.conf.

The NTP client is built into RouterOS 7. The router needs working DNS (/ip dns).
/system ntp client set enabled=yes mode=unicast servers=0.ua.pool.ntp.org,1.ua.pool.ntp.org,2.ua.pool.ntp.org,3.ua.pool.ntp.org /system clock set time-zone-name=Europe/Kiev
/system ntp client print /system ntp client servers print /system clock print
RouterOS 6.44+ takes host names in server-dns-names. On older versions install the ntp package or use IP addresses.
/system ntp client set enabled=yes server-dns-names=0.ua.pool.ntp.org,1.ua.pool.ntp.org,2.ua.pool.ntp.org /system clock set time-zone-name=Europe/Kiev
/system ntp client print /system clock print
Host names need DNS (ip name-server). Time zone and DST are set for Kyiv.
