Your privacy is a priority for us. This Privacy Policy describes how LLC «Hosting in Ukraine» (the “Company”, “we”) collects, processes, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and international information security standards.
1. What information we collect
We collect and process the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: first and last name, company name, EDRPOU/tax ID, legal and postal addresses, contact phone number, email address.
- Financial data: bank account details (IBAN), invoice history, payment status. Important: payment card data is processed only by secure payment providers (licensed acquirers) and is not stored on the Company's servers.
- Technical and account data: panel logins, IP addresses, request logs, date and time of access to the Client Area, operating system and browser type.
- Cookies: text files used to save interface settings, authenticate sessions and collect anonymous traffic statistics.
2. Purposes of processing personal data
We use your data only to:
- Register your account and identify you as a client;
- Provide hosting, server rental and domain registration services and keep their financial records (billing);
- Provide prompt technical support through the ticket system;
- Send service notifications (invoices, maintenance work, service expiry);
- Comply with the tax, accounting and other applicable laws of Ukraine.
3. Data protection and security
The Company applies strict organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction:
- All connections to the website and the Client Area are protected with SSL/TLS encryption;
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled for access to the Client Area;
- Hardware and databases are hosted in reliable, certified data centers with strict physical and network access control;
- Regular backups and security updates of the core network systems are performed.
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to provide the services or comply with the law:
- Domain and SSL registrars: data is sent to registration systems (ICANN, UA-DRP) to register the rights to the domain/certificate in your name;
- Payment systems: to process cashless payments;
- Legal requirements: based on an official court decision or a lawful request from law enforcement in cases provided for by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data for the entire term of the agreement (while the account is active) and for 10 years after its termination to comply with accounting and tax reporting requirements and to protect the Company's rights in case of legal disputes.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right under the law to:
- Know which of your data we process and receive a copy of it;
- Request correction of outdated or inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data (if the services have been terminated and this does not conflict with tax laws on keeping primary records);
- Withdraw your consent to data processing (which automatically terminates the agreement and the provision of services).
